Have you updated your student’s information for the 2021-2022 School Year? This update replaces most paper forms & allows the ability to update information for returning students ONLINE from any electronic device.
Please take the time to complete this FAST & EASY MANDATORY update by following the instructions below:
Go to https://update.mthcs.org
Enter Username: Students School ID (this is the same ID used to log into their lunch account)
Enter Password: Students Date of Birth (including slashes – example 2/1/2018)
(**If you need help retrieving your student’s ID number, please call our offices at 513-729-0077** this update needs to be completed for each student attending Mt. Healthy City Schools)
This MANDATORY update can be completed from any electronic device. If you do not have access to a computer, please feel free to stop by our computer lab located at:
Mt. Healthy City Schools Welcome Center, 7615 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231
(Between the hours of 7:30 am – 5:00 pm)
**Please take note** If you have moved and need to update your address you are required to come into our office with Proof of Residency (2 Utility Bills, Lease, Tax Statement, etc.) to complete this update. If there has been no change, please click the “no change” button, then “save & next” to complete your update.
Again, this MANDATORY update must be completed every year your student returns to Mt. Healthy City Schools. If this is not completed, your student will begin being excluded from ALL field trips, after school & special activities.
