Mt. Healthy CSD's Wellness Committee began in the 2006-2007 school year to enhance the health of children and staff in the district. The Council plays a role in the development, implementation and evaluation of the district's Wellness Policy .

We invite you to join the District Wellness Committee! If you're passionate about promoting health and wellness in our schools, we’d love to have you on board. We are actively seeking parents, students, community members, and teachers to collaborate with us in creating a healthier school environment. Your input can make a real difference!

The Wellness Committee meets monthly. See the district calendar for the dates. The committee collaborates with multiple departments in improving health in eight areas:

• Nutrition Services

• Counseling, Psychological and Social Services

• Healthy School Environment

• Health Promotion For Staff
